(a) A contractor must ensure that claims for reimbursement are filed in accordance with TDA procedures outlined in TDA CACFP Handbooks.(b) TDA will not pay a claim that is received or postmarked after the deadline unless USDA finds that good cause beyond the contractor's control delayed the submission of the claim.
