(a) A contractor must submit a completed application for participation in CACFP to TDA.(b) A contractor must report to TDA any changes to the information contained on its application as prescribed in the TDA CACFP Handbook, Forms and Instructions.(c) TDA approves or denies applications for participation according to 7 CFR §§226.6, 226.15 - 226.19a, and 226.23; §17(a)(2)(B) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. §1766), as amended; and this chapter.(d) The contractor must submit its completed application to TDA within 45 days of the date of the written request for additional information. If the requested information is not received within 45 days, TDA will deny the application.(e) A contractor whose application was denied due to subsection (d) of this section may reapply by submitting a new application.
