SECTION/RULE §25.91 - Day Care Home Participation

(a) In order for a day care home to be approved to participate in CACFP, a day care home sponsor must submit a correct and complete application packet as prescribed by TDA.(b) A day care home sponsor must submit the required application packet to TDA by the 25th of the month in which the sponsor wants the day care home's participation to begin.
