TDA will not approve a day care home to participate in CACFP before the latest date of the following:(1) the date of the provider's registration or license;(2) the date the sponsor conducts a pre-approval visit of the day care home;(3) the effective date of the Permanent Agreement Between Sponsoring Organization and Day Care Home(s);(4) the latest date that the Permanent Agreement Between Sponsoring Organization and Day Care Home(s) is signed by the day care home or the sponsor;(5) the date of participation assigned by TDA;(6) the first day of the month in which TDA receives a complete and correct Permanent Agreement Between Sponsoring Organization and Day Care Home Provider(s) and Application Between Sponsoring Organization and Day Care Home; or(7) the date a day care home enrolls a non-residential child for child care.
