(a) An applicant must comply with the following procedures to obtain approval of the application for participation in the program. An applicant shall submit a complete and accurate loan application and any required credit documentation to the lender and an applicant shall supply all required documentation that the Authority requires to determine whether the applicant is qualified under the Act and these sections.(b) The eligible borrower shall notify the Authority upon receipt of the loan proceeds indicating the amount received, date received, and the total amount of loan drawn to date in a manner provided by §28.4 of this chapter (relating to Communication with the Authority).
