SECTION/RULE §28.52 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Act--The Texas Agriculture Code, §§58.091-58.095.(2) Grantee--A person awarded funds under this subchapter.(3) Matching Funds--Expenditures by the Grantee or made to sustain, create or expand the Grantee's agricultural business.(4) Program--The Young Farmer Grant Program as authorized by Subchapter G of the Texas Agriculture Code.
