(a) The Board shall determine the availability of funds for the Program on a fiscal year basis.(b) The Board shall adopt selection criteria for the Program. The Board shall approve a form for use as the Program's grant application which shall state the selection criteria, due date, and award date.(c) The Board shall set two periods during each fiscal year in which the Authority will receive and approve grant applications. Notice of these grant periods will be posted on the department's website.
