(a) Grant recipients shall cooperate with the department in compliance with the conditions of the grant and monitoring the use of the grants awarded.(b) Grant recipients shall submit periodic reports to the department, with content, form and time determined by the department.(c) Grant recipients shall maintain all records required by the department and applicable state laws.
