In addition to the enforcement powers of the commissioner found in the Act, Subchapter H, the department may enter the premises of a person who engages in any activity regulated under the Act and this chapter during normal business hours to:(1) examine records;(2) inspect any apparatus subject to the Act; or(3) inspect pesticide packaging, labels, and labeling information for compliance with the Act.
