(a) A certified noncommercial applicator may not perform commercial pest control services or perform any structural pest control services for a person other than the employer for whom the applicator is certified. A certified noncommercial applicator must not be associated with a licensed structural pest control business unless the applicator is also a certified commercial applicator or technician.(b) Certified noncommercial applicators that have been licensed for a minimum of two (2) years may become certified commercial applicators by requesting an additional license or change of license and paying the required license fee.(c) Certified commercial applicators may become certified noncommercial applicators by requesting an additional license or change of license and paying the required license fee.
