(a) A standardized test, to be administered to all applicants seeking status as a certified and insured prescribed burn manager shall be:(1) developed and approved by the Board, or, at the discretion of the Board, a member designated by the Board; and(2) reviewed annually by lead burn instructors at the annual lead burn instructor meeting to make sure all examination instructions, questions and tasks are up to date and cover all required curriculum.(b) A minimum passing grade for the standardized test will be 70%.
