(a) Movement from a free area. There are no restrictions on the movement of hides and carcasses from a free area.(b) Movement from any quarantine area. Hides and carcasses and parts thereof of any animal must be inspected and undergo any treatment deemed necessary. A permit for movement issued by a representative of the commission must accompany the shipment.
