The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Animal--includes livestock, exotic livestock, domestic fowl, and exotic fowl.(2) Export-Import Facility--A public or private livestock export-import processing facility that is a land border port in this state with the capacity to receive and hold livestock and livestock products for transportation in international trade. The term includes a department facility authorized by Section 146.021 of the Texas Agriculture Code.(3) VS Form 1-27--A permit for the movement of restricted animals.
