(a) The inspection fee shall be calculated and reported on the basis of 2,000 pounds per ton.(b) Any change regarding inspection fees may be assessed preceding each quarter of the year.(c) When the inspection fee is reduced or increased, the manufacturer and other interested persons will be notified 30 days prior to the effective date of the change.(d) The flat rate inspection fee applies to those registered products packaged only in containers weighing five pounds or less. It does not apply to individual products distributed both in containers of five pounds or less and larger container sizes.
