(a) The name and principal mailing address of the manufacturer or person responsible for distribution shall be required on the label of a commercial fertilizer.(b) The principal mailing address shall include the street address, city, state, and zip code; provided however, that the street address may be omitted if the address is listed in a current city directory or telephone directory.(c) The label may bear the name of the distributor as well as the manufacturer, provided that the guarantor of the project is specifically stated.
