SECTION/RULE §71.9 - Permits for Shipment
Chapter Review Date 09/29/1998

Permits authorizing a shipment or shipments of bees or equipment into or out of Texas may be issued as provided in §131.041 of the Act. An affidavit provided under subsection (e)(1) of that section shall be filed with the office of the Chief Apiary Inspector and shall be valid only for a period of one year from the date of filing.
