SECTION/RULE §60.123 - Certificate of Formation or Bylaws Amendments

(a) Approval Required. A savings association may not amend its certificate of formation, bylaws, or other governing documents without the prior written approval of the Commissioner.(b) Application Requirements. The application to amend the savings association's certificate of formation, or bylaws must include the proposed amendments together with an explanation as to why the amendments are necessary.
