SECTION/RULE §84.609 - Relocation of Licensed Offices

(a) Relocation of licensed location. A licensee may move a licensed location to any other location by paying the appropriate fees and giving notice of intended relocation to the commissioner not less than 10 calendar days prior to the anticipated moving date.(b) Relocation of registered office. A licensee may move a registered office from the registered location to any other location by paying the appropriate fees and giving notice of intended relocation to the commissioner not less than 10 calendar days prior to the anticipated moving date.(c) Notice requirements. Notification must be provided by filing a license amendment or an approved electronic submission as prescribed by the commissioner. The notice must include the contemplated new address of the licensed location or registered office, the approximate date of relocation, and the applicable fee as outlined in §84.611 of this title (relating to Fees). Failure to meet the notification deadline does not invalidate transactions unless the agency has obtained a contrary finding through the administrative process.
