SECTION/RULE §85.411 - Modification of Pledged Goods

(a) Use prohibited. Use of goods pledged in connection with any open pawn transaction is prohibited.(b) Character of goods. No modification or change of the characteristics of any goods held in connection with any open pawn transaction is allowed.
