If a follow-up examination visit is required within nine months after a written deficiency report has been given as a result of a failure to comply with Chapter 371 of the Texas Finance Code, this subchapter, or the special instructions section of the examination report, the charge for the follow-up examination will be limited to no more than three examiners at the hourly rate of $100 per examiner.
