(a) Winding down. When a licensee surrenders its license or ceases business operations, the licensee must comply with §85.605 of this title (relating to Redemption of Goods After License Revocation or Suspension).(b) Surrendering to avoid enforcement action. A licensee may not surrender a license after an enforcement action has been initiated without the written agreement of the OCCC.
