Hearings held under this subchapter will be held in accordance with the rules of procedure applicable under §9.1(a) of this title (relating to Application, Construction, and Definitions), the Administrative Procedure Act, the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Texas Rules of Evidence.
