SECTION/RULE §91.2001 - Definitions

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, these words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings:(1) "Credit union" includes state and federal credit unions.(2) "District" means a credit union development district approved under this subchapter.(3) "Local government" means a municipality or county.
