A credit union is subject to this chapter if it acts in a fiduciary capacity. A credit union acts in a fiduciary capacity when it acts in any of the following capacities:(1) Trustee.(2) Custodian.(3) Executor.(4) Administrator.(5) Guardian.(6) Receiver.
