SECTION/RULE §93.605 - Final Decisions and Appeals

(a) The Commission's decision is final and non-appealable:(1) if a motion for rehearing is not filed on time, upon the expiration of the period for filing a motion for rehearing; or(2) if a motion for rehearing is filed on time, on the date the order overruling the motion for rehearing is rendered; or the motion is overruled by operation of law.(b) A party to a contested case who has exhausted all administrative remedies and who is aggrieved by a final decision of the Commission in a contested case may seek judicial review of the decision.
