(a) An insuring organization shall pay the cost associated with an examination as prescribed in §97.113(k) of this title (relating to Foreign Credit Union Examination Fees).(b) At the sole discretion of the commissioner, the department may engage professionals to perform and complete any aspect of an examination or investigation. The reasonable expenses and compensation of such professionals shall be paid by the insuring organization.
