(a) A guaranty credit union shall pay the fees prescribed in §97.113 of this title (relating to Operating Fees) in the same manner as any other credit union chartered under the Act.(b) At the sole discretion of the commissioner, the department may engage professionals to perform and complete any aspect of an examination or investigation. The reasonable expenses and compensation of such professionals shall be paid by the guaranty credit union.
