(a) The phrase "a savings and loan association organized and subject to regulation under the laws of this State" shall include any Texas state chartered savings bank.(b) The phrase "a federal savings and loan association" shall include any federally chartered savings bank.(c) The phrase "a bank organized and subject to regulation under the laws of . . ." shall include any Texas state chartered limited banking association.
